IMPORTANT NOTICE

While House of Aesthetics London Ltd strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur during website upgrades and maintenance. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, House of Aesthetics London Ltd shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, House of Aesthetics London Ltd may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Set out below are some of the terms on which House of Aesthetics London Ltd provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Subscription Services:
House of Aesthetics London Ltd offers a monthly skin subscription service for £99. By subscribing, you agree to make a recurring payment of £99 every month for the selected subscription plan.

Cancellation Policy:
You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at phone number 020 8290 0099. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Please note that cancellation requests made after the billing date may result in one final payment being charged.

Refund Policy:
Refunds for subscription payments are not provided. However, if you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for future months. Refunds for any unused sessions within a month will not be issued.

Changes to Subscription:
House of Aesthetics London Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue the subscription service, including the available treatments, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to active subscribers.

Payment Authorisation:
By providing your payment information, you authorise House of Aesthetics London Ltd to charge your designated payment method for the recurring monthly subscription fee of £99.

Failure to Pay:
In the event of failed or declined payments, House of Aesthetics London Ltd may attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be successfully processed, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.

Treatment Scheduling:
As a subscriber, you have the convenience and flexibility to schedule your treatments at your preferred times. Appointments are subject to availability.

Subscription Benefits:
By subscribing to the skin subscription service, you gain access to exclusive benefits, including a bespoke treatment plan, regular and discounted treatments, and convenient scheduling options.

Communication:
House of Aesthetics London Ltd may use all the contact information provided by you such as but not limited to your full name, email address, home address or mobile/phone number to communicate important subscription-related information, such as billing reminders and service updates.

Termination:
House of Aesthetics London Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or disruptive behaviour at the clinic.
Governing Law: These subscription terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
