Exosomes scalp treatment is one of the most clinically considered advances in regenerative hair care to emerge in recent years.Â
Unlike topical products that work at the surface, or surgical options that redistribute existing follicles, exosomes therapy works at a cellular level, delivering bioactive signals directly to the structures responsible for hair growth.
At House of Aesthetics Bromley, we offer this treatment as part of a considered approach to scalp health, always preceded by a thorough consultation and always positioned within a realistic conversation about what treatment can, and cannot, achieve.
Exosomes are tiny messenger particles that play an important role in cellular communication and the body’s natural regenerative processes.
When used for scalp and hair treatments, exosomes are designed to support the environment surrounding existing hair follicles and promote healthier scalp and hair condition.
At House of Aesthetics, ExoNature is applied alongside professional scalp microneedling, allowing the concentrated formulation to be delivered across areas affected by thinning, shedding or reduced density.
– Hair density and quality
– Thinning and weakened hairÂ
– Increased hair shedding
– Scalp healthÂ
– The environment surrounding existing hair follicles
– Overall hair and scalp condition
Exosome treatment does not create new hair follicles, and individual results can vary depending on the cause and extent of hair loss.
At House of Aesthetics, we use ExoNature because it combines advanced exosome technology with premium plant-derived ingredients selected for their regenerative and protective properties. ExoNature is derived from 15-year-old Panax Ginseng and Edelweiss from the Swiss Alps – two botanicals widely valued for their naturally rich bioactive compounds and their use in advanced skin and regenerative formulations.
Panax Ginseng is known for its naturally occurring antioxidant and revitalising compounds and is widely used in formulations designed to support cellular health and resilience.
Edelweiss is renowned for its ability to thrive in harsh alpine conditions and is valued for its naturally protective and antioxidant-rich plant compounds.
Together, these premium botanical sources form the basis of ExoNature’s highly concentrated plant-derived exosome technology.
We offer two ExoNature strengths, allowing your practitioner to recommend the most appropriate treatment according to your hair, scalp and degree of thinning.
Our 40 Billion Exosome treatment is designed for clients experiencing early-to-moderate thinning,
increased shedding, reduced density or changes in hair quality.
The formulation combines:
– 40 Billion Exosomes
– Hyaluronic Acid
– 22 Amino Acids
– 13 Vitamins
– 4 Minerals
Intensive Hair & Scalp Support Our 200 Billion Exosome treatment is ExoNature’s higher-concentration formulation, designed for clients requiring a more intensive approach to scalp and hair support. The formulation combines:
– 200 Billion ExosomesÂ
– Hyaluronic Acid
– PDRN
– 20 Amino AcidsÂ
– 10 Vitamins
– 12 Minerals
Together, these premium botanical sources form the basis of ExoNature’s highly concentrated plant-derived exosome technology.
You don’t need to decide before your appointment. Your practitioner will assess your scalp, pattern and degree of thinning, treatment history and goals before recommending either 40 Billion or 200 Billion ExoNature.
At House of Aesthetics, ExoNature is delivered alongside professional scalp microneedling. Microneedling creates controlled microchannels within the scalp while stimulating the body’s natural repair response.
The selected ExoNature formulation is then applied across the treatment area as part of the professional treatment protocol.
This enables treatment to be focused on areas where you are experiencing thinning, reduced density or changes in hair quality.
For optimum treatment planning, the recommended initial ExoNature protocol is:
5 Treatments – Every 2 Weeks
Hair follows a natural growth cycle, so changes develop gradually rather than immediately. Improvements may begin to become noticeable from approximately 5 weeks, although individual responses vary and continued improvement may occur throughout and following your treatment course.
Following your initial course, maintenance treatment may be recommended approximately:
Every 3-4 Months
Your practitioner will advise you based on your individual response and ongoing hair and scalp needs.
ExoNature treatments can be enhanced with Dermalux LED Red Light Therapy, using professional FDA-cleared LED technology to support a healthier scalp environment.
Dermalux red and near-infrared light uses photobiomodulation – specific wavelengths of light absorbed by cells to support cellular energy, local circulation and natural repair processes. For clients experiencing thinning hair, red-light photobiomodulation is increasingly used within hairrestoration programmes because supporting cellular activity and blood flow within the scalp may help create a healthier environment for existing hair follicles.
Optional Treatment Enhancement
Add Dermalux LED Red Light Therapy to your ExoNature programme.
Used alongside ExoNature, Dermalux provides a non-invasive complementary treatment designed to support scalp health throughout your hair-restoration programme. Your practitioner can advise how best to incorporate Dermalux LED sessions into your individual treatment plan.
For selected clients, we may recommend combining ExoNature with PRP Hair Restoration.
PRP uses platelet-rich plasma prepared from your own blood, while ExoNature provides a highly concentrated exosome formulation for the scalp.
PRP supports the follicle. ExoNature supports the environment around it.
Our combined hair-restoration programme consists of:
The treatments are alternated throughout the programme, with a minimum of 2 weeks between scalp treatments.
Your practitioner will advise whether standalone ExoNature or a combined ExoNature + PRP programme is most appropriate for you.
ExoNature may also form part of a post-hair-transplant scalp and hair-support programme.
Treatment may begin from approximately 3 Weeks After Hair Transplantation
This is subject to appropriate healing, individual suitability and your transplant provider’s aftercare guidance.
Your scalp will always be assessed before beginning treatment.
ExoNature may be considered for men and women experiencing:
Not every type of hair loss has the same cause, which is why consultation and assessment form an important part of your treatment journey.
Hair thinning and excessive shedding can sometimes be influenced by nutritional, hormonal or wider health factors.
Where appropriate, we may therefore recommend further investigation rather than treating the scalp alone.
House of Aesthetics also offers a dedicated Hair Loss Blood Test Panel, assessing relevant markers that may contribute to hair thinning and shedding, including:
The results can provide useful additional information when creating a more personalised approach to your hair concerns.
If you are experiencing thinning, increased shedding or reduced density, the first step is understanding your hair, scalp and what may be contributing to the changes you are experiencing.
PRP uses growth factors drawn from your own blood, injected into the scalp to stimulate the follicles. Exosomes treatment delivers a ready-prepared solution containing a high concentration of regenerative signals, including growth factors and proteins. The two work differently but complement each other well: the exosomes solution can be combined directly with PRP before injection, so both are delivered in a single session for a stronger combined effect. Your practitioner will recommend the right approach at consultation.
A numbing cream is applied before treatment, so most people find the process very manageable. Some describe a mild stinging or pressure sensation during the injections. Any tenderness afterwards generally settles within 24 to 48 hours. If you have concerns about discomfort, raise them at your consultation and your practitioner will talk you through what to expect.
Most people start with a course of three sessions, each four weeks apart. If thinning is more significant, additional sessions may be recommended. After the initial course, many clients move to occasional maintenance sessions every few months to keep the results going. Single sessions are available, though a full course typically produces noticeably better outcomes.
The treatment has a good safety profile. The most common reactions are localised redness, mild swelling, and some tenderness at the injection sites, all of which typically resolve within a couple of days. As with any injectable treatment, there is a small risk of bruising or infection, minimised through careful clinical technique and aftercare. Your practitioner will discuss your individual risk profile at consultation.
Exosome treatment is not a cure for hair loss. It works to support the follicles you have and encourage them to function better, but it does not change the underlying cause of your thinning. For most people, ongoing maintenance is needed to sustain the results. If your hair loss has a hormonal, medical, or nutritional root cause, that will also need to be addressed as part of a broader plan, and your practitioner can help you think that through.
Yes. Exosome treatment pairs particularly well with PRP, and the two can be delivered together in the same session. It also works alongside mesotherapy, LED scalp therapy, and our Hair Nourishment IV Drip. If you are already using topical treatments such as minoxidil, these do not need to be stopped. Your practitioner will help you build a plan that fits your goals.
There is no required downtime. Most clients return to work or their usual routine the same day. You will be asked to avoid washing your hair for 24 hours after each session and to keep the scalp out of direct sun and away from swimming pools for a couple of days. Your practitioner will give you a full aftercare sheet at each appointment.
